Returns

Our refund and returns policy generally lasts 30 days with spare parts & accessories. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t necessarily offer you a full refund or exchange, but are more than happy to chat about options if you drop us an email at [email protected] to explain.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be seemingly unused and fit for re-sale or in the same condition that you received it.
Some types of goods are usually exempt from being returned, such as components that are made to order for superseded builds & bespoke requirements.
To complete your return, we require an invoice number or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer (if applicable).

Warranty

Of course, your warranty on goods extends past this time and you should contact us immediately after you discover an issue so we can begin to remedy.
As per Australian Consumer Law, if an item is subject to a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund, repair or replacement of that item.
A major problem is classified as an issue that would have stopped someone from buying the product, such as it being unsafe, significantly different from the sample or description or doesn’t do what it is intended to do and cannot be fixed by instruction or troubleshooting.
If it is not a major problem, the same consumer rights apply, however, the business can choose the best remedy between refund, repair or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your financial institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may normally be refunded. Sale or clearance items may only be refunded if defective or damaged in transit to you unless approval is obtained first.

Exchanges

If you discover your item(s) purchased to be defective or damaged in transit to you, we can easily exchange it for the same item. Just send us an email at [email protected] to discuss.

If you discover your item(s) purchased to be incorrectly chosen. we can easily exchange it for the correct item(s). Just send us an email at [email protected] to discuss. This does not normally include changing your mind for whatever reason, but when you have genuinely chosen the wrong item by mistake for your use case.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or has been damaged in transit to you. Similarly, shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item is defective or has been damaged in transit to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund and return shipping if we have covered it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
